Refund & Replacement Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. Because our products are temperature-sensitive laboratory reference materials, we cannot accept returns for restocking under any circumstances — but we make quality and shipping problems right with a replacement or refund.

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged — a broken or cracked vial, compromised seal, or visibly damaged packaging affecting the product — contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will ship a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund of the affected items if you prefer.

Quality Concerns

If your research indicates a product does not meet its stated specifications, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the lot number from the vial label, and a description of your findings (supporting analytical data is welcome and speeds review). Verified quality claims receive a replacement from a different lot or a full refund of the affected items, at your choice.

Lost Packages & Non-Delivery

If tracking shows your package as lost in transit or it has not arrived within a reasonable time of the carrier's estimate, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund as appropriate. Packages marked as delivered to the address you provided are considered fulfilled; please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are sent in the equivalent USD value of stablecoin to a wallet address you provide, or applied as store credit at your choice. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.

What We Cannot Accept

Returns of unwanted or unused product (cold-chain materials cannot be restocked)
Claims made more than 30 days after delivery
Claims arising from improper storage or handling after delivery (see storage guidance on each product page)
